Cancellation, Returns & Replacement Policy

Seven7 Trade India Private Limited is a dedicated B2B e-commerce platform catering to industrial, construction, infrastructure, engineering, and professional sectors across India. We understand the unique procurement challenges in business environments and strive to provide a seamless and reliable purchasing experience. The following policy outlines the terms for cancellation, returns, replacements, and refunds for our valued business customers.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible but may qualify for return/replacement.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
  • Applicable only for prepaid (online payment/NEFT) orders.
  • Refunds are initiated within 3 - 5 business days from return receipt.
Orders May Be Cancelled in the Following Scenarios:
  • Incorrect/incomplete delivery address
  • Technical pricing/product info errors
  • Delivery to restricted or non-serviceable zones
  • Duplicate or fraudulent orders
  • Product unavailability or discontinued items
2. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns and replacements are allowed within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Defective, damaged, or used items
  • Broken seal or packaging
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing accessories or incomplete shipment
  • Major mismatch from the listed product specs

⏱️ Note: Report within 48 hours via My Orders or Customer Support with clear images of product and packaging.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted In Cases Of:
  • "No longer needed" or changed mind
  • Attempted repair or misuse
  • Customized or made-on-demand items
  • Claims not verified by brand
3. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
  • Item must be unused and saleable
  • Original packaging, labels, manuals intact
  • Invoice available for verification
  • Product not marked "non-returnable"

4. Return Methods
Option 1 – Scheduled Pickup
  • Pickup within 2–3 business days (if serviceable)
Option 2 – Self Shipping
  • Ship via India Post if pickup is not available
  • Courier charges reimbursed after inspection

Inspection & Re-Dispatch
  • QC inspection within 2 working days
  • If rejected, return shipment will be at customer’s cost
